Filler Wire Feeding Unit

Midget 4” standard spool are used (approx. 100mm).
To perform welding without wire, you can disassemble the whole wire feed unit. In this way the welding head becomes lighter and more manageable. On Mod. 116 The wire spool support rotates with the axis of the machine. The wire thus arrives without tension and without twists up to the welding.
Filler wires with diameters between 0.6 and 1.2mm can be used. The wire spool is protected from dust and from the industrial atmosphere through a protection with transparent window.
