Mandrels and Centering Cartridges

They have the function of keeping the welding head with axis of rotation coincident with the axis of the tube during welding.
The unit consists of a removable mandrel fixed by screws to the support in front of the torch.
Centering cartridges are inserted on this mandrel to be inserted into the inside of the tube.
Mandrels and cartridges must be chosen, depending on the internal diameter of the tube.

A large selection of centering devices allows the welding gun to be centred on any type tube having an internal diameter between 10 and 80 mm (standard).

Any other non-standard diameter can be realized on request.

The centering device consists of a mandrel on which are adapted the centering cartridges.

The cartridges are sub divisible according to the centering diameter.
